77bda Complete Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age & Identity

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account on 77bda.
• Real identity: All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, email, and mobile number — must be completely accurate and your own.
• One account only: Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be cancelled and the balance may be forfeited.
• Identity verification: 77bda may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification. Failure to provide the documents may result in account restrictions.
• Playing on your own behalf: You may only place bets or play games for yourself and using your own funds. Using a third party's money is prohibited.

1.2 Account Security

• Password confidentiality: Keep your login credentials completely private. Do not share them with anyone.
• Unauthorised use: You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify the support team immediately.
• Updating information: If any details registered on your account change, inform 77bda promptly.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

• Offer: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
• One-time offer: The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

• Wagering rate: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) in bets.
• How it's calculated: Bets placed on all eligible games will count toward the wagering requirement.
• Time limit: The wagering requirement must be met within a set time after claiming the bonus; the time limit is shown in your account.
• If not met: If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

• You may request to close your account at any time.
• Withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

• 77bda is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions, interruptions to third-party services, or other related circumstances.
• Any financial losses arising from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• 77bda does not bear responsibility for issues caused by internet connectivity problems.

• Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between 77bda and the member, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
• No Waiver: If 77bda does not enforce these terms and conditions in a particular instance, that does not deprive it of the right to enforce them in the future.
• Language: These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a version in another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
